My List
ProQuest Learning: Literature gives you the
option of saving relevant articles to a personalized file, which you will
access with a unique username and password.
When you have finished using My List, log out by clicking the
Log out button at the bottom of the page. This will keep My List
secure.

- Click on the My List button on the ProQuest Learning: Literature
top toolbar. You will only be prompted to log
in to My List once per session.
| How can I add an article to my My
List? |

The first time you choose to add an article to My List (see Full
Text), you will be prompted to save it to a new folder:
- Type a name for your folder
- Click Save.
Once you have clicked Save, the article will appear
listed under that folder name.
When you subsequently choose to add an article to My List, you
will be prompted to save it in an existing folder or create a new folder:
- Choose an existing folder name from the drop-down list box, or
Type a new folder name
- Click Save.
Once you have clicked Save, the article will appear
listed under that folder name.
You must always specify a folder in which to save your article. You may
create multiple folders and these will be listed in alphabetical order
on My List page.

- Click on an article title to view the full text of that article. To
return to My List, click the Back to My List
link at the top of the article, or click on the My List button
in the main toolbar.

- To remove an article from My List, click on the Delete
article button to the right of the article title.
- To move or copy an article from My List, click on the Move/copy
article button to the right of the article title.

- Click on the Save as HTML button. This will open
a new browser window displaying your clippings as a list of links in
a plain HTML file, without ProQuest Learning: Literature branding
or navigation. These links can be copied and pasted directly into a
Word document or saved onto your own or your department's web pages.
Note: These links will only work if accessed via an
IP-authenticated computer.
